Delivery & Returns

Orders are processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping is provided through the USPS, and most orders within the US arrive at the provided address within 7-10 business days. Tracking activity for international shipping may experience a lag of updates from USPS. International shipping estimates vary depending on country and shipping class, and are provided directly by the USPS. We do not guarantee delivery times.

14 Day Exchanges and Returns
Izzi offers exchanges and returns for most orders within 14 Days of Purchase. Items not eligible for refunds include monogram, custom, or items marked down as final sale. After 14 days, all items are covered under a minimum 90 day Warranty. United States Customers Customers can visit to begin an exchange or return. Customers will be provided a label to return the original item. A shipping fee of $7.50 to $20 will be deducted from refunds depending on the size and value of the item being returned. Exchanges will not be charged for shipping.

International Customers
Customers outside of the United States are responsible for all shipping, duties, and taxes on the return. Exchanges for international orders are not available at this time.

Customers within the United States can exchange most items for any reason within 30 days of purchase by visiting Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons. Shipping is free for all exchanges within the United States. Exchanges will ship within 2 business days of the exchange request. Customers must return the original item within 14 days of the request or they will be charged for the additional items. Exchanges for international orders are not available at this time.

Customers can return their items for refund within 14 days. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the final refund and will depend on the size of the item being returned. Upon authorization, customers may be initially provided with store credit that can be used prior to the item being returned and processed. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the original item in our warehouse. Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment.

Monogram, Custom, or Markdown Final Sale Items
Items which are monogramed, Customized, or Markdown for Final Sale are not able to be returned for a refund.

Order Cancellation and Changes
Email within 24 hours of purchase. Emails are answered on weekdays from 10am - 6pm EST in the order they are received. In the event that your order cannot be cancelled or updated before being sent out we will respond to you inquiry and find the right solution for you. We are not responsible for incurring charges to reship or replace an order if incorrect information or address has been provided.
